With the success of the
previous Coffee Festivals conducted by the provincial government of Cavite, as well as the participation of the SMEs, and
the coffee manufacturers and farmers of Cavite, the Department of Trade and Industry together with the cooperation of other
government agencies, private firms and NGOs, wanted to continue what has been started by helping both parties the coffee manufacturers
and the farmers to benefit to each other. With the increasing demand for coffee
by other countries, the Cavite Brew will surely go a long way.
